The Sunday school letters were originally written as a midweek email connection with my adult Sunday school class. What began with an attitude of reluctance, on my part,  soon became enjoyable and fulfilling for me. Before long, I discovered that possibly, I needed these letters more than my class did.

Now, I remain compelled to write these stories of everyday faith. Some were born out of my own experiences, some are testimonies of others, some are fictional stories and some are a mix. However, each of these stories are rooted in the Word of God and I’m excited to place them here for your reading pleasure. It is my prayer, that as we venture through these pages, we may be reminded of the faith that lives in each of us and be challenged to walk, day by day, in that faith. It is an everyday faith, because we have an everyday God. As believers in Christ, even on those days when our faith is hard to find, He is present and active within us and around us, drawing us near to Him, shaping and molding us to become more like Him. As we live daily in a personal relationship with Christ, experiencing the forgiveness, grace and mercy that only He can give, let us share with others how God has touched our lives, so they too can know this Everyday God.

Thanks for visiting “sundayschooletters”.

Always be prepared to give reason for your faith.

God Bless, Bob Walters
